greetings

the moon has many ups and downs
the moon is everywhere the same
it's hard to see him where we live

ich trat hinaus und gruesste dich
ich trat hinaus und sah hinauf
ich stieg hinaus und sah mich um
ich gruesste alles was dort wohnt
die tuerme und auch den gestank
die vogelschwaerme in der frueh
die weite und die grosse nacht
den himmel und bei uns den hof
den kuehlen und den hellen stern
den nahen und den gruenen mond
wir waren dort recht eingewoehnt

he was five years old and proud
on the way to mutianyu
great wall there was really great
has been open 20 years
there's a stone from '89
there is some commemoration
and in several languages
go and have a look at it
zhuang zhuang's feast was really great
may we meet again some day

morgen ist der ostersonntag
zweiter nach dem fruehlingsfest
gestern war der volle mond
fruehlingsfest ist zweiter neumond
nach der wintersonnenwende
ostern ist der erste sonntag
sonntag nach dem ersten vollmond
nach dem aequinoktium
tag ist gleich lang wie die nacht
fruehlingsaequinoktium
also gestern war karfreitag
orthodox ist nochmal anders
jedes jahr ein andrer tag
aber immer fruehlingsanfang
tibet ist nicht ganz wie china
vietnam hat eine katze
qingming-tag ist auch nicht weit
qingming ist der graebertag
oder auch die zeit des pfluegens
ueberall ein bisschen anders
wenigstens hat es geregnet
also wird es hier in beijing
mit dem sandsturm nicht so schlimm

fuer november war es warm
wir sind unten vor der stiege
schau, da oben ist der mond
wow, er sieht aus wie die sonne
warum ist er gross und weiss?
weiss ich nicht, sag ich zu maia
leo sagt ja noch nicht viel
ausser nein und mein
und komm und schau.
